Productivity tip: Keep Those Cameras On!

Productivity tip: Keep Those Cameras On!

We recently shared a productivity tip on making eye contact during meetings. I have noticed that it is becoming common for people to keep their cameras off altogether during remote meetings.  Whenever possible, keep them on!  By keeping your camera on and sending nonverbal cues that you are engaged in the meeting, you make yourself present.  On the other hand, no camera and distracted nonverbals send a clear message that you are not fully present and not engaged.
