Time is one of the most valuable things that people have and we don’t want to spend it all in meetings. Before you invite anyone to your next virtual meeting, consider who really needs to be in the meeting. If you are inviting people that you do not need to hear from or are not going to call on, reconsider if they need to give up their time to listen to others.
