Productivity Tips

Text Transcripts for Zoom Meetings

When you record a Zoom meeting, choose the “record to the cloud” option. Unlike recording to your local machine, the cloud option will produce a text transcript of the meeting as well as an audio and video transcript. Text transcripts are easy to search using keywords making it easy to find specific pieces of information for minutes, action plans, etc.

Keep Eye Contact in Video Meetings

When you are in a video conference, resize the application window to be as close to your webcam as possible. This will help you with maintaining eye contact with your video collaborators during one-on-one or group meetings.
